Find out in advance what people want to eat / drink. Create a printout drinks list of what you have on offer, to give to guests to choose what they want.
Set an arrival and departure time (for you and guests)
Set a budget and stick to it.
Have bin bags ready for recycling material and general rubbish
Spend some time outdoors to get your Vitamin d and exercise
Take 5 mins to sit and breathe
Practice some meditation
Do some gentle exercise like pilates or yoga
